Each day, (intermittent fasting) I wait until at least 11am before I think or want to consider food. I break my fast with a fruit and generally almond butter on ezekiel bread. YUMMY. Some days I make my infamous mousse with my Vitamix:
I honestly cannot live without my Vitamix… I’m on my second one now

….I’m working on not eating past 8pm BUT I love eating after the sun has gone down.
